Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Return Terms

We accept returns only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Due to the nature of our business model (dropshipping), returns must be authorized in advance by our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item, including any damage

Once the return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please do not return the item before receiving authorization, as this may result in the return being refused.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days, excluding original shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you require a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.
